Involved in all aspects of the DRTV process, we twice tweaked the offer, revised the media based on careful response analysis, and made adjustments to the upsell strategy being used by our telemarketers.
The Infoworx Outcome:
After adjusting each key element of our Lean Bean campaign, response was increased 318% and the cost per order was slashed by nearly 75%. Bottom line, 73% of customers were converted into auto-ship "regulars" receiving a healthy supply of Lean Bean coffee on an every-month basis.
